Clinical Coaching
When planning the functions and design of all our beds, one of our objectives is to contribute to an improvement in the ergonomics of the working environment for health workers as much as possible. For this reason we also offer customers the services of so-called clinical coaches. Their main task is to familiarise personnel, who will be operating the beds, with all bed properties and features in detail.
Thanks to our well-developed methodology for passing on information, health workers will soon learn how to operate the beds and their accessories correctly and effectively. They will also learn work procedures to increase patient safety and reduce the physical effort associated with some nursing procedures.
